If you are a Sun Direct DTH customer and after recharging your account or if you are unable to view any channels on Sun Direct DTH then follow one of the below ways to refresh Sun Direct DTH set-top box or receiver.

Refresh Sun Direct DTH

First keep your DTH on and goto Channel number 36

Now visit https://www.sundirect.in/help and choose option If unable to view subscribed channel click here option

Now enter your mobile number or Smart Card / CDSN no or CR-ID then validate

Choose the error number from the drop down and submit to refresh Sun Direct DTH account.

You can also refresh Sun Direct DTH without registered mobile number by following above online method.

Refresh Sun Direct DTH by SMS

You can also Refresh Sun Direct account through SMS all you need to do is just send a SMS from your registered mobile number in below format to 9600058585.
