For Basic Savings Bank Deposit Account:
There is no charges for OBC basic savings account for all Rural/Urban/Metro areas.
For Savings Bank Account- General:
Minimum Balance should be Rs 250
For Savings Bank Account-Other (SB Unnati):
Minimum balance to be maintained is Rs 1000 in Rural and Semi Urban areas, and Rs 2500 for Urban and Metro Areas. And Minimum Balance Charges for not maintaining balance is Rs 50 and Rs 100 per month respectively.
For SB Smart Save:
Minimum balance should be Rs 25,000 if not maintained then Rs 400 per quarter is charged.
OBC Current Account Minimum Balance
For Current Account General
In Rural and Semi Urban Areas Rs 2000 is the minimum balance requirement and Rs 200 Per month if not maintained the balance.
In Urban and Metro Areas Rs 5000 should be the minimum balance and Rs 300 charges if not maintained.
For Current Account Pragati:
In Rural and Semi Urban Areas Rs 5000 and no minimum balance charges are Rs 350 per month.
In Urban and Metro Areas Rs 10,000 and no minimum balance charges are Rs 500 per month.
For Current Account – Premium Gold:
For this account type Rs 2,00,000 is the minimum balance else Rs 2000 per quarter will be charged.
Note: Minimum balance charges will be calculated based on quarterly average balance.
