From your registered mobile number with the Paytm account you need to dial 0120-4888488 and Follow IVR Instruactions.

You need to select the Language First For Example For English Press 1, Hindi Press 2 like that

After That IVR will ask for Do you want to reset or change the Paytm Password?

Now Press 1 and within seconds you will receive an email and a sms to reset paytm password and set a new password.

And the link valid for only 10 minutes.

You will get a sms like below from VK-IPAYTM

Save yourself from fraud: NEVER set a password suggested by anyone. Reset password link: https://ap.p-y.tm/BsilJ (Do not forward this to anyone).

No one from Paytm will ever call you and ask you to change your password. Never share you CVV, PIN, OTP or Password with anyone, even if the caller claims to be a Paytm employee. Using these details anyone can take away all your money from your Paytm account.

If you still wish to reset your password, dial the number below from your registered mobile number and press 1.
