Check if your mobile phone is compatible with Airtel 4G VoLTE
Ensure you have Airtel 4G SIM, or else, get a new one
Update software running on the phone to get 4G VoLTE network support
Switch VoLTE option on the mobile: Settings -> Network -> VoLTE

Verify that the VoLTE voice calling feature has been enabled on your smartphone –

For iOS: Settings -> Mobile Data -> Mobile Data Options -> Enable 4G -> Turn on Voice & Data
For Android: Settings -> Settings -> Mobile Network -> Turn on VoLTE call

As per the official, customers will get a web link in the SMS which will lead to a software update for their connection that will enable them to use VoLTE service.
