Taiwan mobile makers HTC seems to be seriously looking at smartphone budget price category, today it launches the all new HTC Desire 210 with 4 inch display, 1 GHz dual core processor, 5 megapixel rear camera and a front camera with Dual Sim option. HTC Desire 210 price in India is Rs 8700.
